From a young age, I explored architecture, music, and painting. Being raised in Istanbul, Turkey, exposed me to diverse cultures that influenced my artistic sensibilities. Combined with my architectural education at Cal Poly SLO, this has developed my understanding of the connection between psychology and design.
User Experience design combines my passion for design and psychology. It empowers me to create meaningful experiences by incorporating user needs and desires. I strive to design products and services that seamlessly integrate into people's lives and bring joy.
During my 2-years of professional experience in architecture, I collaborated and communicated effectively with engineers, managers, and designers. This enhanced my understanding of clear communication in a multidisciplinary team and exposed me to different approaches for the best outcome. It also helped me develop skills in design research, design representation, and implementing technical principles.
